“IMCOMP” means Interactive Multi-Channel Online Marketing Portal. It is a proprietary web based platform and technology infrastructure of WMS Media, upon which the OSIMA modules and other interactive WMS technologies operate.

OSIMA” means On-Site Intelligent Marketing Ads. These are WMS Media modules embedded on web pages making these web pages interactive. It runs on the IMCOMP platform infrastructure that is transparent to the user.

“ACP” means Agent Control Panel. It is a web application that allows agents to monitor web visitors, answer web visitors (text, audio, video chats), pro-actively initiate contact with web visitors, provides presentations to web visitors, and many more, all conducted within the application. The ACP is the application that agents use to interact with the ICP of the web visitors. The ACP runs on the IMCOMP infrastructure.

“ICP” means Interactive Client Panel. It is a web application that the web visitors will use to interact with the ACP agents. The web visitor's ICP will connect directly and automatically with the agent's ACP without the need for user authentication. The ICP runs on the IMCOMP infrastructure.

“ACP agent available” means an agent is available, logged-on into the ACP and ready to serve client, potential clients and web visitors.
