The motto of the 24-hour customer: “I want it all and I want it now”. Longer waiting times, no personal service

Even for appreciated customers of banks and real estate companies it is hard to directly connect to the right contact persons. Lines are occupied and people are hard to reach. With our solution, contact persons can be always online for their most valued clients.

The customer is not satisfied with the quality of the answers After long waiting times, the customer often receives a wrong or incomplete answer. Giving the right answer to customer’s questions is crucial for client satisfaction. This is not always achieved. With our platform, personnel can see who of their co workers with the right knowledge are online: they can give the right answers, increase customer satisfaction and reduce service costs. Convergence of technology
Communication infrastructures are no longer separated, but they are getting more and more similar. All applications are getting web based. There is one network for data, video and storage. In only a few years time everything will be based on the IP-protocol. We are using the IP protocol in our programs.

The customer demands interactivity
Services like Skype already make Audio/video streams possible. The customer wants direct contact and does not want to be helped in an anonymous call center. If he is able to see al his friends, he must be able to see his principal advisor. Video phone calls will be a hit in the future, but with our software, we add extra functionalities to it.

It is now ready to be used by large companies.

About WMS

World Media Service BV (WMS) began 13 years ago in The Netherlands WMS-Media Sdn Bhd, an MSC Status company is located in Cyberjaya, Malaysia. Our board of management has a long history in Internet marketing.

Hadi Tabbaa,
Chief Executive Officer
Hadi is the founder of World Media Service. He has a university degree in Engineering in Wageningen, the Netherlands and multi media at the University of Enschede.

After his studies, he created a marketing guide for the metal industry in 24 countries in the Netherlands.

He moved to Dubai and developed an e-learning platform and several well equipped chat-portals.

Services and products were sold in Dubai, Qatar and Saudi Arabia under the name Roomtalk.

In 2003 he left the Dubai Headquarter to expand to Europe. Tabbaa moved to Germany.

After the first success in the German market he left for Malaysia in 2009 to form a solid basis for the operation in Asia. He is responsible for new product development and the global market.

Dr. Erik H.P.T. Pouwen:
Lecturer at the Amsterdam & Nijenrode University in the Netherlands.

Principal sales advisor and opinion leader for clients like Deutsche Bank, Ebay, Philips, and SNS Reaal A.O. Specialist in Digital Advertising, Multichannel Campaign Management, Internet Sales Funnels and Social Media.

Dr. W.R. Yusoff :
Studied at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA.

A Lecturer at the Multimedia University, Cyberjaya teaching software engineering and artificial intelligence. He is the the IT development manager for WMS-Media in Cyberjaya.

Richard Dirksen:
Have a broad base of experience in development, international sales & distribution, account management, product marketing of ICT, technical software and telecommunication products.

He has been involved in development, marketing, distribution and the complete sales cycle for high technology and high quality software products in the USA, Europe, East-Europe and Middle East.

Professor Nicholas H.M. Schraag:
Lecturer at the following Universities:
Berlin, Hamburg, Bremen, Frankfurt, Technical University Cheljabinsk, (Ural) and Twente and NIKOS.

Specializes in Cross-Cultural Communication, Sales Management and Internet Buying Behaviours.
